Cancellation Policy. Our goal is to provide quality services to all our customers in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our therapists & stylists, but our other clients as well.  Late arrival might mean that the time allocated to your treatment will have to be reduced accordingly. While we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.  No shows or appointments that are cancelled within less than one hour from scheduled treatment will incur the full cost of the treatment.
