We’ve just introduced our BBQ nights at The Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge. Book your stay and experience a magical evening of Mediterranean flavours, lounge music and night time swimming above the city.
The BBQ nights, at €40 per person for adults and €25 for children between 5 and 12 years, are held every Tuesday night. Hotel guests as well as walk-ins are welcome.
Anyone attending the BBQ will be served with a selection of cold and hot dishes prepared by our experienced chefs. The buffet includes:
| An assorted Maltese platter to share that includes a Gozitan gbejna, bigilla, marinated olives, marinated butter beans, Maltese ftira, sundried tomatoes, galletti |
| Selection of antipasti: Potato salad, couscous salad, green salad, grilled bell peppers, octopus salad, cold pasta with salmon |
| Hot starters: Chicken kebabs marinated in a curry sauce, grilled Maltese sausage served with mustard sauce, pork kebabs marinated in a smoky BBQ sauce |
| Mains: Grilled tagliata served with a mushroom sauce, marinated chicken thighs in herbs & garlic, grilled seasonal mixed vegetables |
| Dessert: Freshly prepared summer desserts and fresh fruits |
