We hope you have a pleasant stay at our hotel.
- In order to ensure a good night sleep, your mattress has been crafted out of 8 different materials including: viscogel, viscofoam formadapt®, profiled body foam, comfort mousse®, sackspring® core and a breathable hypoallergenic filler. It has been treated with Anti Cimex – the most complete anti-mites, anti-bacterial and anti-mould treatment.
- If you would like to change the bed configuration from double to singles (or vice versa) please let us know.
- For your comfort, each bed is provided with a large soft pillow and a standard size medium hard pillow. Soft feather pillows are available on request.
- Bed sheets are changed every 4 days. If you would like a more frequent linen change please let us know.
- A complimentary water carafe is available in your Frigo bar. You can have this refilled as many times as you like from the dispensers available on floors 2-6.
- The Frigo bar may be stocked upon request.
- We can also provide ice and extra glasses if required.
- In your wardrobe, you will find an iron, iron board and hair dryer for your convenience.
- Bathrobes are provided in superior rooms only.
- Please do not use the bathroom towels by the pool. Pool towels are available on level 7 free of charge.
- Guest laundry and laundry bags are provided on request.
- We can also provide dental and shaving kits if required.
- In order not to maintain the aesthetics of The Courtyard, kindly refrain from hanging towels and clothes on the balcony railing.
Our Eco-friendly Measures
We’ve never strayed from our core values, committing to sustainable development and environmental responsibility from day one. Some of the steps we took to protect the environment include:
- The air conditioning in your room will stop working automatically once the balcony or window door is opened.
- All the lights in the room will be switched off within 10 seconds of removing the key card from the master switch.
- In our efforts to minimize single-use plastics, the bathroom amenities by L’Occitane, are provided in refillable bottles.
- The complimentary water provided is filtered on site to avoid the use of plastic water bottles and at the same time decrease the carbon footprint.
- Information is provided electronically instead on paper leaflets.
- Waste bins are provided with separators to help us recycle waste more efficiently.
- A towel washing saving measure is in place – please refer to the card in the bathroom
